Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so prior to the 24hr mark of your appointment time or you will be subject to being charged 100% of your appointment cost. You receive an email 48hrs prior to our appointment giving you the option to cancel or reschedule, or please use this or reach out to me via text 971-813-4332.

Late/ No-show

No showing up to your appointment without 24hr notice or showing up 15 or more minutes late will be canceled and charged as a “no call/no show”. Cancellation under 24hrs will be considered no call/no show and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Why do I have this policy?

I am a small business owner providing a service based on my time (and yours!). Let’s say you booked a 2 hour appointment and you don’t show up, thats not only my time wasted, it’s a potential of 4 people who could not book an appointment during the 2hr session you scheduled.

I can only make money based on if a client has booked a session, that session is our time and it is completely dedicated to you, that time has a value, and if you have requested a time no other person can take that time from us, so if you do not show up you have taken my time and the potential for me to earn a living.
